How will the rebate be paid?

Your rebate will be paid as a credit on your account, no refunds will be issued, the credit will go towards the next scheduled payment.

How do I claim my rebate?

If you believe Dodo has failed to meet the Service Level Guarantee you will need to fill out the Online Rebate From.

What information will I require to fill in the form?

Username & Account ID - Located on your monthly invoice

Fault Number - This is provided by business support desk upon logging the fault.

If the fault is determined to be a line fault or a fault that Dodo has direct no control over then no rebate is applicable, this includes hardware faults, line faults or any other faults resulting from issues with upstream providers.
